The dose may be increased to 600mg every 3 days if acne has already started after 3 days of treatment with no breakouts.
The most common side effects of doxycycline in children are:
headache, stomach ache, stomach pain, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, skin rash, weight gain, cold and flu symptoms, stomach ache and soreness. The rest of the side effects are mild and can be treated by changing the dose or the course of treatment. If any of these symptoms persist or worsen, do not worry and talk to your doctor. They may be able to change the dose or recommend changing the dose.
Store doxycycline at 20-25mg/ tablet in room light-room powder for oral suspension in a protected room. Keep it in a dry place and do not heat it.

Malaria treatment in malaria zoneDo not share this medicine with a pregnant or breastfeeding woman as it is not recommended. The packaging will be torn and show signs of tampering.

Allergic reactions and serious side effects are rare, but in the case of an allergic reaction or a serious side effect you should stop doxycycline treatment and seek veterinary attention. Some common signs of allergic reactions and serious side effects are hives, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, loss of appetite, or dark colored urine.
